It's funny how stuff changes so fast. I've never been happier in my life. I'm being really introspective today, and it's amazing how a single person can bring a light that sweeps across everything in your life and makes everything shine in a way it didn't before. I hope you guys have that/ find that one day. I have a lot of stuff still to figure out with this person, and it's going to be hard, but the beauty of it is, it's not really scary. I just wanted to say that, especially after Thanksgiving. Stuck at work doing nothing makes a guy introspective, I guess.

Stuck at work doing nothing. Yep, that's where I am today too. Instead of being introspective, I'm desperately trying to be entertained. However, the only thing I want to do is go home and sleep.

I'm also trying not to fuck up, because I almost just did. I almost ran a plow truck into a two post lift. You almost fuck up, and suddenly you're way more careful not to.

It's amazing how another person can make someone else so happy. I had that but it went sour in one conversation that wasn't even about us and I've been living on 'idle' for the last two months slowly removing myself from peoples lives because I've been hurt too many times and I don't know if I could do it again without it really breaking me. We try and do that 'were friends' thing but it's only getting worse.
I do have a good friend near Seattle who makes me happy and she says I her's but I know she's more interested in someone else.
I'm glad you've found that light in your life fella and wish you and yours all the best in the world. Just remember most women aren't looking for a prince, they are looking for someone who will treat them as a princess and that's how it should be.

That other post I linked to was about her too. Nothing she did, but she has demons. She has severe PTSD and depression, which is why I tried to leave as many details out as I could. That day she took 40 painkillers and cut her wrists, but she called the ambulance. She doesn't want to die, but she doesn't know how to get out. Since she met me she's started to go to the hospital on her own and tell them her feelings without acting on them. There's something amazing about feeling like you're a positive influence on someone who you care so much about.

Indeed. I agree. Also, enjoy the snow! It's sunny and 44 with no snow down here. Though, I would admit that a few flakes wouldn't hurt my feelings.

Sideways is always fun. I once went to work and I don't think I was straight once the entire ride there. This was up in MA obviously. 2 mile commute that I legitimately did not get right. I even parked sideways. But hey, so did everyone else!
